InfrAegis, Inc.™ Establishes a New OEM Group 07/19/06

Chicago, IL – July 18, 2006 – Effective immediately, InfrAegis, Inc. (Ia™) announces the formation of its Intermediary/OEM Marketing and Sales organization. Ia will market its port and border detection systems and iaMedium™ through outside corporate entities and defense contractors. Ia’s integrated national security solutions are designed for cities, ports, borders, tollways, trains, subways, bus terminals, airports, oil refineries, hotels, public buildings and other critical infrastructure including financial networks.

Ia’s new organization intends to approach and market to companies such as Smiths Detection, L-3 Communications, SAIC, Northrop Grumman, Boeing, Lockheed Martin, General Electric, General Dynamics, Argon ST, IBM, SRS Technology, Accenture, Blackwater USA and other security and consulting companies.

“This step brings Ia’s products to its customers in a more efficient and cost effective manner by integrating with other major OEMs in the industry,” said InfrAegis’ Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Gregory E. Webb. “Together we can better protect our critical infrastructure, our assets, and save lives.”

Ia is currently recruiting a Group President for the new organization. Mr. Paul Plancon, EVP of Classified Projects and IED Systems, will head this new initiative on an interim basis. Paul can be reached directly at pplancon@ia911.com, or (847) 593-0403.

InfrAegis’ product lines available under the Intermediary/OEM Marketing and Sales Program include the following:

Port and Border Security Applications and Related Applications:

The port and border nuclear and radiation detection system is comprised of sophisticated integrated systems that scan all incoming and outgoing cargo containers, vehicles, pedestrians as well as other transport modes including passenger rail cars, buses and trucks and the transportation centers. All systems will communicate with designated command and control centers. Specific systems will be configured based upon the particular design and plan of the facility and/or transport mode.

    A. Vehicle-Pedestrian Nuclear and Radiation Detection System: an integrated solution consisting of two 8 ft. (2.4 m) pillars housing nuclear/radioactive isotope detectors to scan passing vehicles.
    B. Rail Nuclear and Radiation Detection System: integrated solution of two 18 ft. (5.5 m) pillars each housing two nuclear/radioactive isotope detectors to monitor double-stacked cargo containers that are transported on freight train cars.
    C. Crane Spreader Nuclear and Radiation Bars: integrated solution of nuclear/radioactive isotope detection sensors mounted under the spreader bars of a crane. When a crane loads or unloads a ship, the embedded detectors scan for nuclear and radioactive material without adding time for monitoring purposes, making this system highly efficient and not disruptive to port operations.
    D. Container InfrAegis Security System (CISS™) or Smart Container: configured as a cargo bar to be installed in a container which combines Ia’s Nuclear/Radioactive Isotope Detection System with e-logistics software and GPS for global tracking and monitoring; alternate versions of this configuration include Ia’s Rail Car and Freight Hauler Detection Trakker™ System, and Ia’s Tanker Detection Trakker™ System.
    E. Nuclear and Radiation Portable and Mobile Detection System (ia55000™): portable and mobile detection system configured in a backpack or handheld (a PDA version available soon) or for installation in vehicles; has wireless communications to a base system at a command and control function; differentiates between harmless medical isotopes and nuclear/radioactive threat isotopes.
    F. Mobile and Stationary Computer Aided Trace Detection (CATD55000™) System: draws air from cargo containers, vehicles and buildings which is sampled to detect radiation, explosives, opiates and toxic industrial chemicals; has wireless communication to a command and control center.
    G. InfrAegis Asset Trakker™ and Detection System: provides ongoing tracking of tagged assets on a global basis; an alert from any conveyance that varies from its prescribed route will be activated at the command and control center.
    H. Pallet Trakker™: designed to track pallets globally; can be queried via a Pallet Trakker PDA that has networking capability to communicate globally with a command and control center.
    I. InfrAegis RFID Access Control and Trakker™ System: provides positive identification of employees, contractors and registered visitors to a facility; tracks the location of each individual and tagged assets; alerts the command and control center if an individual attempts to enter an unauthorized zone.
    J. -more-
    K. Biometric ID Smart Card: unique personal fraud proof ID card with encrypted 2D codes (photo and fingerprints); used with a decryption coder to read the ID card and compare the fingerprint with the person carrying the card.
    L. Portable Pedestrian Nuclear and Radiation Detection System: a mobile, portable short pillar that houses Ia’s detectors and sensors; can be temporarily placed at entrances for pedestrian scanning; ideally used for crowds at concerts, sport events, shopping malls, ports of call gangways, etc.

iaMedium™

InfrAegis’ iaMedium™ system combines sensing and detection technologies with a unique funding mechanism that will utilize third party media placements to provide a value added public safety product for implementation in municipal locations. iaMedium unifies the distribution of published advertising messages to all demographics with public safety in the same unique system. iaMedium was designed to meet three objectives:

    1. To provide a safety ring of nuclear, radiological and other WMD sensors to protect the public, to supply cameras to keep the metropolitan area safe, and provide a first responder communications relay system to ensure reliable broadcasting in the event of another major terrorist attack;
    2. To implement a Public Safety Messaging and Emergency Broadcast system;
    3. To provide funding for system implementation through a unique advertising and publishing channel that has sufficient demographics to ensure its success, thereby allowing the iaMedium system to be deployed at low cost in a metropolitan area or city, while sharing revenues with the local authorities.
iaMedium can be deployed throughout metropolitan areas, mass transit systems, ships, ferries, public buildings, and other critical infrastructures, as well as to protect valuable private entities, such as corporate and industry enterprises.
