The Spreader Bars Security System consists of advanced sensors mounted under the spreader bars of a crane. When a crane loads or unloads a ship, its embedded Nuclear/Radioactive Isotope Detection System detects radiation, making this system highly efficient without disrupting port operations. The Nuclear/Radioactive Isotope Detection System is self-powered, wireless, and can withstand 5g shocks. An onboard battery backup system provides up to four days of backup power should commercial power be cut. Ia deploys two radiation detectors per spreader bar to ensure maximum coverage above the cargo container. Detectors can also be mounted on police cars, gates, helicopters, trains, buildings, and ships.
